The service

We generate short AI videos from photos you upload, applying animated choreography inspired by viral online trends. Generative AI outputs naturally vary; videos will reflect individual input features and will not exactly replicate sample previews.

Your photos and permissions

You must own the photos you submit or have explicit permission from anyone depicted. If any person shown is under the age of 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian. Submissions must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Use of generated videos

You may use your generated video for personal, non-commercial entertainment, including sharing on personal social media channels. Videos feature ambient audio synchronized to the viral template; no commercial music broadcast license is granted. Please label your content as AI-generated where social platforms require, and do not represent the video as a real recording of actual events.

When we say "HD" on the site, the delivered video is 720p (9:16 vertical MP4).

Payments and billing

Pricing is clearly stated before purchase. When placing an order, our payment gateway places an authorization hold, which is only captured upon successful video generation. If rendering fails, the hold is automatically released or refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.

Bad Times AI is an independent creative AI platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, the creator of the original video clip, Imael Angel, or any related music rights holders.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific video order.
